The next regular City Council meeting will be Monday July 10, 7:30pm at City Hall, 123 Davis Rd, Combine. The agenda for this meeting is required to be posted in writing at least 72 hours prior to meeting time. Agendas are typically posted at City Hall, Matlocks Store and Heard's Store.

Our city is in big trouble.
Make sure you watch for extra meetings held before July 10. The council can hold as many meetings or workshops as they want,just so long they post their agenda 72 hours before the meeting. Watch for agendas posted at City Hall and Matlock's Store. That will be the only way you will know of any additional meetings.
Speaking of Matlock's and City Hall meetings, I am ready for the city to address public smoking. I do not officially live in the city limits so I supposedly have no voice. That is fine I suppose as I miss shopping at Matlocks as I have done for 20 years, but I have grown tired of fighting the smoke of those that both work there and hang out at the store. We should not be subjected to having to decide between supporting our local and only retail store or going to Crandall or Seagoville since we do not have an option.
oh you don't have to live in the city limits to have a voice...just ask Ms. Denney....
